Close out of that window and now anything you play with foobar should now play through your bot. Change the output to 'CABLE Input VB-Audio Virtual Cable'. From the tabs on the left, select 'Playback>Output'. Launch Foobar and proceed to 'File>Preferences'. This can be changed in the User Interface tab. Change your Audio Input tab to look exactly as mine.Īnd the same for Audio Output, with the most important change being the volume being set to 0.Īn optional, but handy setting to change is having Mumble minimize to the system tray when minimized in order to save space on your desktop. Remember to create a new username for this bot.īefore connecting to the server with your bot on the main Mumble window, go to 'Configure>Settings'. On the Mumble Server Connect window for your bot, select 'Add New.' and fill in the info for the server. Open up two instances of Mumble, one for you and one for your MusicBot. Time to configure your MusicBot's profile on Mumble. Add to the end of the target path the following, sans quotes: '-m -n'. Right click whichever one you chose to do and select properties. You can either create a shortcut to your mumble.exe or pin it to the start menu, both methods work the same.
